Welcome to the Feline Freedom Society, a 501(c)(3) heart-centered cat rescue dedicated to providing a safe haven for special needs cats in Eastern North Carolina. We believe every cat deserves a chance to live a happy, healthy life.
Every shirt purchased helps us raise critical funds to save more cats in need and cover lifesaving medical care, from emergency surgeries to long-term treatments. When you wear your support, you’re helping us give cats the freedom, care, and love they deserve.

Your generous donations help provide food, shelter, and medical care for cats in need. Every dollar counts and makes a difference in their lives. Join us in our mission.
Our adoption process is simple and easy. You can learn about each cat’s unique attributes and personality through their “rescue resume” and Petfinder profile, then apply to adopt by completing our adoption application. We strive to match each cat’s personality and needs with your lifestyle to ensure the best possible fit. Our goal is to place every animal in a loving home where they can truly thrive.
There are many ways to support Feline Freedom Society beyond traditional donations. You can contribute through PayPal or Venmo, provide funding toward the care of a specific cats fundraiser, purchase much-needed items from our Amazon Wishlist, or even make a donation directly to our account at our veterinary clinic. Every form of support helps us provide essential care, medical treatment, and loving futures for the cats and kittens in our rescue.
We love meeting our community and introducing you to our cats! Most of our events take place in and around the Greenville area, where you can meet some of our adoptable cats in person. We also offer meet-and-greet appointments with specific cats for adopters who have an approved application. These meetings help ensure the best possible match for both you and the cat. We look forward to meeting you soon!
